All content, design, data, and intellectual property on the EPIG platform is owned by Ekantik Capital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekantik Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading activities.
